As a VP of Experience Design and founder of Design Lady, I bring rare expertise to organizations navigating digital transformation. I hold two uncommon professional credentials: CPACC certification (fewer than 10,000 globally) and Adobe Community Expert status. This combination means I don't just design beautiful interfaces, I build compliant, inclusive, AI-enhanced experiences that drive measurable business results. In other words, I'm a future-thinking techie who focuses on accessibility-first design.
