I believe that true innovation isn't about moving fast and breaking things; it is about building things that everyone can use. As the Founder of Design Lady, I operate at the intersection of rigorous data (DiSC ‘C’) and human-centric design. My work is dedicated to the principle that we must be Accessibility First in an era that is becoming increasingly AI-obsessed.
The Mission
Design is not just visual; it is structural. My approach to Experience Design is rooted in "Hybrid Engineering"—the ability to speak the languages of both design and development to reduce friction and increase impact. I don't just hand off mockups; I build systems.
- Accessibility: As a CPACC certified professional and IAAP member, I ensure compliance (WCAG AA) is a baseline, not an afterthought.
- Community: I serve as an Adobe Community Expert and sit on the Adobe Customer Advisory Board, helping to shape the tools that creators use daily.
- Education: Through projects like my book, The Incredible World of AI with Charlie, and my work in STEAM, I aim to demystify technology for the next generation.

My perspective is global and grounded. Born in the Commonwealth of Dominica and currently innovating from The Bronx, NY, I bring a diverse cultural lens to every project.
I am an alum of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where I honed the technical discipline that underpins my creative work. When I am not auditing color contrast or training LoRA models, I am testing my own endurance running ultramarathons or creating art.
Whether I am sewing, coding, or designing, the goal is always the same: Master the craft, then share the knowledge.
