A few years ago I started drawing on my commute in NYC. It seemed like I spent close to an hour from my apartment to my job and vice versa. In order to keep being productive, I started sketching with markers and eventually the iPad. I post most of these almost daily on my Instagram: @commuteartist. Ever since doing these illustrations, CommuteArtist has become something much more. I'm a published illustrator: I've created commissioned pieces for Vice.com, ESPN, and Disney. Even the celebrity Viola Davis had a piece of my art! I experiment with software like Mental Canvas, Photoshop on the iPad, and Frame-by-Frame animations.
